Refund Policy

We accept refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • The product is damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
    • The received product does not match the order.
  2. Refund Request Process

    • Provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened.
    • Attach photos or videos of the damage or incorrect product.
    • Submit the refund request within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the item.
  3. Return Conditions

    • The product must be in its original condition as received.
    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • The refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  4. Refund Method

    • Refund processing takes 3-5 business days after the returned item is received.
    • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged due to misuse or if the refund request is submitted after the 72-hour window.
